Head of Operations

We are looking for a motivated individual to take a major role in coordinating supply-chain logistics at our location in South Boston for Summer 2024. Cupro receives large volumes of raw materials from suppliers across the country, and ships processed material to a wide variety of customers. We are looking for someone to manage shipments, material acquisition, and processed material sales. This is a great opportunity to make a large impact in a short amount of time while being a part of a very early stage venture. The ideal candidate is someone willing to wear a lot of hats while also being able to work in a small team to achieve goals efficiently. And, most importantly, being passionate and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating shipments
- Communicating with suppliers and customers
- Tracking cash flow and expenses
- Business projections
- Assist in facility management
