Head of Operations

We are looking for a motivated individual to take a major role in running facility operations at our location in South Boston for Summer 2024. This is a great opportunity to make a large impact in a short amount of time while being a part of a very early stage venture. The ideal candidate is someone willing to wear a lot of hats while also being able to work in a small team to achieve goals efficiently. And, most importantly, being passionate and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing material processing line
- Managing workers
- Coordinating receiving/export shipments
- Scaling production as the business grows
- Developing well-defined operational procedures
